SHIPPING & RETURNS

All sales are final. Please be sure about your order before completing purchase. Once order has been placed, there will be no exchanges, returns or cancellations unless proof of product arriving damaged is provided.

We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. However we will assist you to get in contact with the delivery service to start an investigation and locate your package if assistance is needed. If there is a chance your package could be stolen from your address please add delivery signature to your shipping choice at checkout.

If products are damaged during shipping or the wrong item is sent, we will either replace or refund. We will only replace or refund once proof of damages has been submitted to us. We allow up to 2 days after package is received to send in proof of damage.

If you entered the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for re shipment fees. Please verify the correct address when placing the order.

Processing time is between 1-2 business days.

Shipping is between 3 - 5 days for all U.S orders. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm will be processed on Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday.

We are not responsible for delays by delivery service.

Once order has been placed, addresses can’t and won’t be changed. PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS, Include correct Apt # (if applicable) and zip code.

All orders are processed and sent out from Boise Idaho, USA. 

For those living within the local Boise area, in person pickup can be arranged to avoid shipping fees. Point of pickup is the Main Library in downtown Boise at: 715 S. Capitol Blvd. Boise, ID. Please contact directly to arrange this option.
